Are you trying to use your purchasing card to become a member or renew your membership with no luck? One possible explanation is a payment to an entity such as PayPal is a restricted standard industry codes (SIC) placed on your purchasing card by your institution. It is common to "block" certain types of expenditures that are unusual or require special permission or documentation, such as gambling or alcohol. You always have the option of paying for membership with an institutional check or money order, payable to ACUPA. The check and the completed membership form should be sent to T.
